A great example of the w201 mercedes.
Took me a long time to find one that was in good condition inside and out.
The bodywork and paint are in good condition, but not perfect with a few blemishes. Only to be expected with a car of this age. In my opinion better than most, but please feel free to view and decide for yourself.
Interior is also in good condition, tops of the door cards have a little wear, but again nothing compared to other examples I viewed before I purchased.
I have used the car as my daily transport since I purchased. Only recently started to use my new vehicle. It has been very reliable and a pleasure to drive, certainly turns heads wherever you go.
I have made sure the mechanical side of things have been addressed, using either Mercedes or OEM specification parts. Happy to chat about what has been done.
I have made a few subtle styling changes such as grill, rear lights, indicators, parcel shelf and wheels. I still have the original parts which will be included in the sale.
The car has been upgraded to remote central locking. Also upgraded to electric fan rather than mag clutch system.
The audio system is also upgraded for a better quality experience.
There are still a few niggles to address, so you will have a chance to further enhance the car.
The air conditioning system is currently not blowing cold, I suspect it needs a recharge and the secondary cooling fan would benefit from a service or replacement.
The sunroof is also not functioning. Was on my list of things to investigate, but not yet diagnosed.
I have a set of brand new wheels and tyres which have never been used. The intention was to fit them, however as the car is now for sale, they could become part of the purchase. I really don't want to sell this car, always puts a smile on my face when driving. Promotes a lot of positive comments from people when out and about.
Even following it back down the motorway when I bought my latest vehicle, really made me question if I was happy to let it go.
