1999 (V) Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo Plus in Energy Green. NOW £7, 995 ono.
This is a fantastic example of the desirable Plus spec coupe in the beautiful Energy Green colour, with a great history proving what a good mechanical example it is. The black Recaro interior is almost as good as new and the car pulls and boosts beautifully. Great MOT history, with current MOT to June 2024 and next service due at the same time.
All Plus features present - Recaro interior, 8 spoke wheels, wider 225/ 45 tyres, painted cam cover, strut brace, Brembo brakes, 6 speed gearbox, starter button, side skirts and body kit, perforated front grille.
All 3 keys present, with 2x Cobra central locking fobs. Original owners manual and service book present (not pictured).
Car runs beautifully and looks amazing. Oil pressure on Hot Idle is spot on at 2. 2-2. 5 bar, and in my 15 months and 4k of miles it has never put a foot wrong and been a pleasure to own and drive. The only work needed during that time is a rubber exhaust hanger, a replacement Offside Front Outer Drive shaft joint CV boot (per MOT advisory) and the front bumper was repainted where someone scraped me in a car park.
Some very subtle modifications that in my opinion enhance the car:
Cybox stainless steel cat back exhaust. Sounds fantastic without being overbearing or droney.
0. 8 bar actuator.
I think from the available paperwork it also has a GTEC 1 chip - but can?t confirm this.
Sony USB headunit, and Hertz speakers front and rear.
Bad(ish) bits:
Speedo intermittently gets stuck at 62mph - a quick tap on the dashboard sorts it.
There?s a half finished paint chip repair on front bonnet that MCS will finish for you next service (it?s been paid for) - just needs the applied paint sanding down.
Indicators don?t self cancel (very common).
Very reluctantly selling due to a change in personal circumstances - I would 100% keep it if I could and spent 3 years looking for a good one.

Full Service History and receipts going back to 2000, 142k miles. Midlands Car Servicing (Fiat Coupe specialists) maintained since 2015 following a professional mini-restoration and engine rebuild.
This car had a mini-restoration by Johnny at Midlands Car Servicing in 2015, and has been personally owned by Johnny twice since then, and maintained by him for the other owners ever since.
This work in 2015 included a fully rebuilt engine at 127, 000 miles using a 65k block with:
New Pistons
New Rods
New Big end and main bearings
New Thrust washer
New cylinder head
New crank
New oil pump
Head gasket and bolts
New clutch
New turbo
New thermostat and pipes
New oil cooler and pipes
Alongside the engine work, the brake lines, suspension and brakes were replaced, and the car fully undersealed (including arch removal). Corrosion repairs were carried out to the floor, drain channels and inner wheel arches.
Timing belt was replaced in 2022, which was the second time since the engine rebuild, showing how well it?s been maintained.
It has been garaged and monitored since, with the car in my ownership going into professional dry storage over the winter.
