Willow, our lovely 1972 classic vw campervan is reluctantly for sale due to lack of use.
Willow has been completely restored & is bodily and mechanically excellent.
A very sought after T2 Bay Window Campervan being factory right hand drive from new & also a walk through. which means that you can walk through from the front driving area to the rear while not having to exit the vehicle, ideal for when pulling into a campsite in rainy weather.
The bodywork and interior is in absolutely outstanding condition having been tastefully refurbished including a new Pop Top, all carried out circa 2018.
The 1600cc twin port engine had a full rebuild in august 2022 & has covered less than 800 miles since.
The van has been sympathetically lowered to improve ride & handling.
Upgraded front brake discs & calipers, new rear wheel cylinders, all brake pipes renewed & all importantly the heating system works.
The Rock & Roll bed works really well and the whole interior has been tastefully re-trimmed.
Child’s bunk bed fits above front seats, can also be used for storage.
Front seat belts - 2 retractable belts.
Rear seat belts - 1 lap belt & 1 retractable belt.
Split charge system for both main and leisure batteries.
Site 240v hook up with smart IP22 Victron Energy charging system which charges both batteries when using site hook up.
