For sale is my 1989 Nissan Bluebird 1. 6 Premium manual on 80k miles. Having bought this car earlier in the year sight unseen, I was glad to discover that it?s in brilliant condition and has some presence/ history on the Facebook bluebird owner?s page. After performing a vehicle reg check, the keeper history shows that the first owner of this car owned it for nearly 29 years, which is testament to its fantastic condition especially underneath (I have plenty of pics I can share). This car is rust free, never welded as also proved by the MOT history. Current MOT until Feb 2024.
In my ownership recently it?s had:
Bonnet professionally repainted in Atlantic blue
Pre-facelift front grill sourced from Ukraine (will come with original grill too for the new owner to decide which they prefer)
Oil and filter change
4 brand new tyres
New Nissens radiator
Prior to my ownership it?s had the timing belt replaced and a carb service.
Bad bits:
Dash and 1 x doorcard are cracked ? purely superficial.
A couple of dings and scratches to the bodywork, some very minor damage to N/ S front wing at the corner that?s been touched in. Scuffs on plastic bumpers etc.
Overall a very useable classic that is great to drive. I would prefer this car to go to an enthusiast if possible. Genuine reason for sale, I have too many classics and need to start downsizing the fleet as we come into winter. Has been a great 6 months of ownership for me.
