History.
Car was supplied new by VW Inchcape to the 1st Lady owner and for the majority of its life was serviced by the supplying dealer franchise. The 2nd owner was also based in Telford and had purchased the car as a stop gap whilst his new car was due to arrive. I had purchased the car with the full intention of keeping it for a few years, unfortunately due to a business opportunity arising I am having to part with the car.
Since my ownership I have had it Serviced & a Stage 2 Tune carried out by Knight Racer Performance & Tuning Centre based in Milton Keynes. The car is running on upgraded and wider 235/ 40/ 18 Michelin Pilot Sport tyres with 5mm remaining which grip faultlessly. Being the Performance Pack Edition it benefits from a factory fitted LSD and Upgraded Front Brakes (As found on the Golf R Version) Car is finished in Metallic Black and is in excellent condition inside and out considering its age and mileage.
If I am being picky the diamond cut alloys need a refurb which I going to do next if I had kept the car.
It?s rare to find such well cared for and genuine examples of these cars nowadays especially with such a comprehensive service history of 10 stamps in the book with 80% from a Main dealer. The car also has the original dealer stickers on the windows and also the factory/ dealer stickers behind the numberplates.
Overall a well kept car mechanically and on condition. Will be hard pressed to kind a similar one. As with any car there will be chips and marks here and there so please be aware of this.
Car is based in Berkshire. Test drive will only be done by myself if licence and funds to purchase are not shown and only the potential buyer will be present in car. No groups. Payment will be only done by bank transfer only
