This is a complete restoration project that doesn’t need any rust repair. These cars are not for sale very often and there are only a few left. The car is totally rust-free, which is very rare for a Universal. There are hardly any 1965´s left because they rusted so bad. 1965 was the first year that the Universal came out and it was only sold in a few countries. It was sold under the name ”Safari” but the following year the name was changed to ”Universal” and it was sold worldwide. The underside is totally original an free from rust. The body is also rust-free. The sills underneath the doors are solid and I invite you to bring a magnet to check out the whole car. There is a 200D engine from 1966 in the car right now but it comes with the original type 190DC engine as well. It doesn’t run and needs to be put back together. It’s complete.
The car was sold new in Sweden and has a Swedish title.
