Welcome to the sale of excellence! The 1965 auto union munga 6, this is the rare 6 seater pick up style compared to the more common 4 seater. The munga is a great fun useable ex military car spending the first part of its life as a disaster protection car in Germany, then was used in the Netherlands for a few years before getting imported to the UK. The car is fully UK registered, tax and mot exempt.
The 3 cylinder 2 stroke starts well hot and cold thanks to a recent rebuild which can be seen in the large history file. Mechanically it's really good, I've been using it with no problems at all. It drives very well for what it is.
Exterior wise its all presentable enough, it's far from perfect but what military vehicle is. It comes with all the correct mounting points and switches for its old role in Germany. Inside is overall very good, seats are a recent retrim and the roof is overall good apart from a small rip on the rear window.
This will make someone an extremely fun car for not a huge amount of money when you consider what other classic 4x4 vehicles sell for.
