For sale is my 1959 tax and MOT exempt Austin A35 945cc van with side windows and rear seat conversion. Also comes with wooden floor panel in case full van load platform is preferred. A pretty little van with a solid shell throughout and recent engine rebuild including pistons, rings, bearings etc. Unleaded head, SU carb conversion plus more. New parts include brake system including hydraulic pipework and cylinders, new SU electric fuel pump, top steering joints, exhaust system, radial tyres, plus loads more. Workshop manual, some photographic records of restoration and invoices. Running sweetly, it ideally needs a few minor bits such as front door and quarter light rubbers and some front suspension bushes. Currently fitted with semaphore trafficators, It has rear flasher housings and lenses fitted although no flasher unit is currently in place. The front sidelights have been incorporated within the headlamp units but the original torpedo sidelamps come with the car so it could quickly be converted to original or they could be utilised for front flashers if desired. V5C in my name. A bit of light work will make this a delightful, attractive and practical classic.
