Good solid car, overall bodywork is in excellent condition considering it's age, with the odd blemish here and there but nothing of real concern.

Starts, runs and drives well - I use this car every day and is great fun to drive.
No unwanted knocks, changes gear perfectly, good solid clutch
Underside is in great condition and showing no evident signs of rust or rot.
Good interior condition but not mint.
I bought the car locally in the summer, wanting some retro ford fun, but unfortunately I must part ways due to needing to fund a more suitable family car for every day use.
* POINTS TO NOTE*
* Radiator fan not work and will need investigation but still drives fine - will get warm if idling stationary for a good while so please bear this in mind if traveling to buy.
* Drivers seat base starting to collapse and will need investigation, I have a cushion underneath to stop the issue worsening (a quick look underneath, it looks to just be the suspension hooks needing re-seating)
* Drivers seat bolster has a slight tear.
* Sills are tatty but solid and showing no signs of rust or rot.
* Steering wheel is tatty.
* Rear seats could do with a good scrub.
* Front tyres wearing on inner edges as advised on MOT (Due to coilovers)
* Front suspension turret starting to show signs of surface corrosion but nothing structural as advised on MOT.
* Passenger door and bonnet slightly off colour.
(I suspect these were replaced at some point in its life with donor parts).
* The car is very low to the ground but can be raised on the coilovers - another point to bear in mind.
I have been open and honest with all known faults mentioned, but overall the car is in a excellent, drivable and presentable condition but due to working long hours, and having a young family I haven't had a great deal of time or funds to rectify everything required, but I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to maintain the car to a good, useable standard.
The car isn't asking for much, just the odd minor issue that has cropped up over it's 35 years, so I would love to see it go to someone that will cherish the car for what it is, and someone that has the time and space to make it mint - it deserves to be enjoyed!
In my opinion, the car is begging to be returned to standard with the aftermarket parts replaced for original factory parts which are still easily found.
It will certainly serve as a good solid base for any potential engine swap if that's your taste.
