This is my beloved MK1 Caddy (Typ 14 D) which is up for sale, not something I wanted to do for years but I?m starting a new business venture and need a bit of extra start-up cash so I?m selling my baby prematurely.
Comes with nearly a years MOT - Clean (exp: 16 october 2024)
Mileage 144K - been in storage since returning home from MOT.

Engine Drivetrain:
- Engine swap to 1. 9 TDI - AAZ m-TDI
- Hybrid bosch VE 11mm pump - Fully refurbed, new seals and hardware
- 5 Speed Gearbox, with fresh linkages. (Tightest box i?ve got my hands on)
- Short shift kit
- New cambelt kit and auxiliary/ fan-belt kit fitted
- Cold air induction kit & Custom intercooler setup (BMW M Intercooler)
- Custom side exit straight through exhaust (Saucy, great way to stop neighbors talking to you)
- Full fuel system refresh including tank removal and deep clean
- Electric in-line fuel pump
Interior:
- MK2 Mazda MX-5 Tombstone seats
- Fully carpeted interior with B-pillars and rear firewall. Good roof lining, door cards & sun-visors
- No cracks in the dash, good condition.
- Clocks with working rev counter (Petrol rev counter, feed from alternator)
- Lockable glove box
- Clifford G5 alarm & Immobiliser system, 2 alarm keys & Ignition/ door keys
- Digital radio
- Manual fan switch (you?re the boss of keeping her cool or hot n sweaty)
Exterior:
- STRAIGHT TAILGATE!
- Its riding on a set of G60 Steels with good tires (5-6+ mm tread)
- Custom bed cover
- Rear axle flip and front lowered on coilovers
- Polly bushed front and rear suspension bushes. OEM engine/ gbox mounts
- Washer fluid reservoir relocated to scuttle tray
- Custom side skirt kit (snazzy)
- Rear valance panel (Retrofication)
- New bed and rails installed in the past (Retrofication panels)
Bad bits:
- Pant overall has lacquer peel and some overspray where previous blemishes have been touched up by Stevie Wonder's paint school academy.
- Drivers rear arch showing signs of rust.
- Speakers - only has tweeters. Could do with some door card speakers or full sound system.
