FERRARI 430 CHALLENGE - 2007
4. 3L Flat plane V8, producing 360kW @ 8500 RPM
This is a Ferrari factory built race car in original unmodified form, repainted from red to Bianco Avus paint colour.
This car was prepared and maintained by Kessel Racing for all of its racing in the EU Ferrari Challenge Series. During this period the car suffered a few minor crashes, but nothing serious.
The engine and gearbox are original and untouched and have plenty more milage left in them, as mechanically these cars are very robust and reliable.
For the last few years it has been used for the occasional gentle track day, but it is now time for some proper servicing and race preparation if you are intending to use for racing / serious trackdays.
Ferrari F430 Challenges are very rare, with only 142 built and perhaps less than 50 remaining these days.
So rarer than even a 288GTO! For comparison, Ferrari built 272 288 GTOs, 1, 341 F40s, 349 F50s, 400 Enzos, and 499 LaFerraris - versus just 142 F430 Challenges! And while the vast majority of GTO's F40's, Enzo's, etc. survive, most F430 Challenges have been written off.
