Description
The Vehicle has had two owners from new. My father bought it in 1997 from a local Ford Dealer for £7495. 00 with 12, 000 miles on the clock. The car had previously been a motability car. The car has some service history and bills as it was serviced privately for most of its life. We inherited the car last year when my father died. The car is in very good condition for its year and was fully rustproofed from new, so all sills are original and untouched.
It is a very rare model as the 1800 auto was only made for 3 years. It has an MOT until June 2024 with no advisories. It will need a service and a cam belt in the next year or so.
In 2010, the car suffered light damage in the supermarket car park and was declared a total loss CAT D. We have pictures and bills to prove that the only work carried out was cosmetic and completed by a Ford Dealer. We are selling reluctantly due to sentimental value attached to the car. It drives beautifully and will make someone a lovely future classic.
