2000 Audi S6 4. 2 Quattro in Nogaro Blue (rare), heated electric Silk/ Silver leather Recaro interior with blue weave carbon inlays, alcantara headlining, Bose audio, fully working dual climate control.
No sunroof which are notorious for leaking on these.
Reluctant sale of my early 2000 registered S6 (one of the early cars) which I have owned since November 2021 - not seen another on the road in my whole time of ownership.
Logbook shows 6 previous owners however the gentleman I purchased from bought the car from Fontain Audi in Buckinghamshire in 2006 (for £11, 170. 00 with all paperwork) so owned for 15 years.
I believe the car may have been an Audi owned demonstrator from new although I'm not able to confirm for definite.
Car has been garaged in my ownership as well as the previous owners and as such is in very good condition for a 23 year old car.
The car has stacks of history and receipts from his ownership as well as all manuals in original leather wallet with fully stamped service record (15 stamps) including cambelt and waterpump in my ownership at 127, 000 miles in November 2021.
MOT until May 2024 (happy to put fresh MOT on), both remote keys present with working total closure function.
During my ownership other fairly extensive works have been carried out including;
All new front control arms (febi bilstein)
Good used RS6 rear control arms with new bushes (new not available and originals were rusty)
4 wheel alignment
New copper brake lines
Full Milltek stainless resonated exhaust system inc sports cats (car burbles like a V8 should without being offensive)
K&N panel filter
Genuine 19" later style le-man alloy wheels to bring the car up to date with matching pirelli tyres all round.
Spax springs (originals with the car too)
2 New brake callipers
Headlights refurbished.
New Battery
Full machine polish and ceramic coating by highly regarded detailer.
Apple car play/ Android auto headunit with correct adaptors to keep Bose system active, very plain unit so as not to look garish, I still also have the factory Nav/ TV/ CD head unit.
The car always starts first time and has never given me any issues, it doesn't smoke, lose water or burn oil. Thanks to the numerious control arm/ bush replacements and 4-wheel alignmnet it drives very well.
The gearbox was serviced in 2021 by the previous owner and shifts smoothy, it also features buttons on the steering wheel for shifting manually which work.
Bodywork wise the car is very presentable with some minor marks and some stone chipping as to be expected. at some point the rear spoiler has been repainted but not very well and would certainly benefit from being carried out to a better standard.
Only known faults are headlight self levelling is not working (common issue), auto-dim rear view mirror glass could do with being replaced - auto dip has leaked within the glass
I doubt there is another out there in such a genuine condition with such extensive history.
