FOR SALE - RENAULT TRAFIC T800 1398cc Petrol: Cherished Renault Trafic T800 first registered June 1989. Present genuine mileage is 27, 940 miles. Private use with the few owners. MOT expires 24th July 2024. First owner ordered side windows and period glass sunroof to be fitted; no disabled adaption to vehicle but used to carry one person in her wheelchair.
Remarkable condition with no welding in its history or required whatsoever. Underneath and wheel arches all in factory blue finish. Paintwork is 95% origin and sound.
Mechanically has been maintained to a very high standard and its 1398cc petrol engine received a cylinder head overhaul under two years ago. Clutch and the 4 gears work as they should for a well-cared for very low mileage vehicle. New set of 4 quality tyres fitted in summer 2023. Heater performs exceptionally well, new windscreen fitted just over 2 years ago. Interior condition is best described as mint and original apart from carpet on the cargo floor area!
Acquired from a well-known Renault collector, in the short time of my ownership, it performed faultlessly during a 4-day charity road rally over the East of England. It has been used one day a week currently for pure leisure. Now having to part with this unique survivor to focus on greater priorities. A volume of history paperwork available.
