1959 Triumph TR3A in red with black side screens and hood. This vehicle is in excellent condition with a spotless engine bay. It has five wire wheels, an oil cooler and Kenlowe fan. The vehicle will come with a tonneau cover.
I have fitted a period correct radio and speakers with blue tooth connection. The seats have been renovated and the dashboard has been recovered.
I have fitted a quality wooden steering wheel, boot rack and straight through stainless steel sports exhaust.
This vehicle comes with overdrive and starts and runs like a true 50s sportscar. It was imported from California in the 1990s and converted back to right hand drive by a specialist Triumph garage. I have an extensive file of receipts and service records.
I bought this vehicle a few years ago after owning a TR4A. I wanted something that was more of a sports car than a cruiser so I traded the TR4A in and came home in the TR3A. It has had some racing modifications done, such as a lighter flywheel and oil cooler and it drives like a dream.
The Triumph Signal Red paintwork really stands out and turns heads whenever I drive it.
What I really love about this car is that it makes you grin when you drive it - on a hot summers day, there is nothing better than driving with the hood down and listening to the straight through exhaust note!
Car is started weekly when avoiding the rotten British weather and maintained on a battery conditioner
