A very rare Volvo V70 TDI. Automatic. Diesel. 1 of 10 still on the road in UK. Possibly the only black car in UK. One previous owner before myself who owned the car for 23 years. Only 185000 miles on the clock. (My last V70 I sold at 315000 miles). MOT until May 2024. Engine burns 0 oil and gearbox is perfect. Working air-con and all windows. A few dings, scratches and scuffs to paintwork as expected for a car of this age. Wheels are ok but not perfect in any way. Interior shows signs of use with some stains and general wear. The leather seats are all good apart from the driver's seat which has tears I have covered to stop them growing. (Shown in photo). The car drives superbly but has an issue with idling. The engine runs unevenly and revs rise and fall. As soon as you touch the throttle the engine settles perfectly. It does not effect driving at all. (Fault is possibly idle control valve or a sensor). I have driven this car to Spain on 3 occasions with not a single issue. Fantastic workhorse. Only selling as car does not qualify for London's ULEZ scheme.
These cars are becoming very scarce and the autos are impossible to find in good order. With a little attention to the paint, interior and the idle fault, you can get yourself one of the last V70 auto diesels left in the UK. You will not find one with 2 owners and such low mileage.
I really want this car to go to an enthusiast. I will not be selling to a dealer offering me silly money so please do not contact me. 1 of 10 left on UK roads. Very rare automatic TDI.
