It is with a heavy heart that I am selling my beloved Jaguar XF. I have loved owning and running this car. Having dreamt of owning a 3-litre BRG Jag for years, when I did finally get around to purchasing one, my plan was to hold onto it forever, so I searched for a long time for this particular specification. Now I am moving to the countryside and need something without low profile tyres.
The Car
2010 Jaguar XF Premium Luxury 2967cc V6 - Petrol (Model CC9) - Automatic. Official Jaguar Colour is Botanical Green (HHN) with Barley Full Leather Interior (JAG3) finished with Lister Yellow Calipers in very good condition - 80, 000 miles with a full-service history. Only 2 previous owners from new. Just serviced and MOT’d.
Summary:
This is a hugely capable car that I have poured hundreds of hours' worth of love and affection into maintaining and keeping pristine. As with most modern cars, the car is wonderfully over-engineered, which means it is perfectly balanced and the gearbox is as tight today as it was when she rolled off the production line. Generally, these cars are good for 150, 000 miles if they are serviced annually, so she is just about run-in! The V6 3-litre is regarded as one of the best 6-cylinder engines ever produced by Jaguar and has more than enough power to cross continents with ease. I was actually looking for a 4. 2-litre when I found this car and I’m thrilled I didn’t end up with one, as I saved a fortune in fuel and on my insurance. I wish I could keep her. I have owned the car for 3 years completely hassle-free. Huge amount of car for the money. The first person to see her will buy and be a very lucky owner. Fresh MOT until 02/ 11/ 24 - passed with zero advisories
Full-service Nov 2023 - Oil, filter, air filter, cabin particulates.
Upgrades: Power-Flex Bushes fitted all round - superior ride and lower tyre wear.
New discs and pads fitted at previous service Nov 2022.
Rare 5-spoke 20-inch Alloy wheels, professionally refurbished in Aug 2023
Big Spec: air conditioning, electric windows, Bluetooth, heated seats, cruise control etc.

Tyres: Marshalls 255/ 35R20 with approx. 5mm of tread, (new tyre 7mm)
Euro 5 petrol - ULEZ compliant
3 litre (271bhp, 0-60 6. 4s) is much cheaper to insure than the 4. 2L V8
Surprisingly Economical! 35mpg on a run, 18mpg in town.
Whilst the car has been in my possession I have carried out the following:
Professional engine cleaning - carbon removal and tune-up (reclaims lost bhp and generates better mpg)
Professionally detailed, mopped & waxed in Aug 23
Painted brake callipers Lister Yellow
Alloy wheel refurbishment + replaced all nuts and Jaguar wheel centre caps
Replaced O/ S Window Regulator
The Bad
Scratches on n/ s front and o/ s rear bumper, boot + o/ s doors.
She has accrued a couple of car park marks over time, much to my frustration.
