Restored from sheet metal 5 years ago (the sheet metal was cut, worked and bent when necessary).
- Power steering
- Reupholstered in a period pattern.
- Recovered and painted dashboard even though not perfect (small holes from some screws.
-improved braking (brakes like a modern car) with a recent brake booster, new discs, pipes and pads (2021).
- new main and secondary clutch pump (2021)
- new original radiator, pipes and new cover (2021).
- new bushing, transmission bellows, ball joints, etc (2023).
- Turbo with new core as well as exhaust manifold gaskets and bolts (2023)
- New steering bar (2023)
- One of the batteries is new 2023 and the other is 2 years old.
- New glow plug module and plugs (2023)
- took all filters and differential oils 75w80 at the back, 75w90 at the front and box and 10w40 engine at a reputable jeep workshop in Lisbon.
- New tires (3000km / 2020) in the original size and still have an endorsement for 235/ 75r15
- endorsed as convertible (appropriate hardtop)
- Replica stickers of the originals in 3m vinyl with 7 year warranty
- New original front bumper - original grille restored
- All original glass with correct markings
More than €8000 spent, most of it on receipts and papers. The car is not in show/ museum condition as it is used regularly, still in very good condition with no rust (no bubles, no craking, etc).
