I am the third owner and it has been my daily driver since October 2021 and has never missed a beat. I purchased it from a family friend who had it for 19 years and loved it.
I have a large folder of maintenance and servicing receipts. Anything that needed to be done has been done and I have just had the oil and filter changed.
MOT until March 2025 (no advisories).
New Clutch (converted from a dual mass) at 155, 000 miles.
Timing/ Drive belt at 190, 000 miles.
New brake vacuum pump at 220, 000 miles.
Tow bar fitted by the previous owner to tow his small sailing boat and I have not towed with it.
Points to note: the (original) radio has not worked in the time that I have owned it; slight graunch going into 4th gear which has not got any worse and I have learned to drive around it; front seats are the sought after swivellers!
The photographs show a few battle scars but there is no rust of concern. The interior is as you would expect from a former family car.
Quite a rare, unmolested, low owner vehicle with good history.
I am only selling as I am travelling in the United States from April and I have no storage.
