We are selling our 2008 4. 2 QP V. It is the ZF auto, in metallic blue with grey interior, the centre console is wood. It has a sunroof, paddles and a Bose stereo.

It was a one owner car when we bought it in 2012. It now has 140k miles. We have done many long trips into Europe (including to nine countries the summer before last, where it used no oil) and a 140 mile commute once a week in it, so lots of long trips. We have stacks of bills for this car, we have always had it looked after by specialists and often serviced more frequently than the factory schedule. At the last service the subframe was said to be good. We have seven Italian cars and we're pretty keen! I'll list the history.

The reg is EU08JBY if you want to look up the MOT history.

At present the snags are that the front brakes could do with a skim (the front and rear discs are not that old), the stereo sometimes doesn't output sound, one parking sensor at the rear is erratic and the headliner at the back is sagging. It sits on a set of Michelin Pilots and the wheels were re-done recently.

I can write more and will flesh out the details when I have a moment, as well as post some pictures. I'd be happy with £5k or thereabouts for it with a new MOT (I have not yet put it in for an MOT, and the present one has only a couple of weeks left) or happy to negotiate if someone wants to take it and arrange that themselves and factor that in.

We've really loved owning this car and hung on to it for so long because it seemed difficult to replace with something better. It would be good if someone could enjoy it.

The car also has a radar detector which was there when I bought it.

Nov 2017 the car was hit by a passing driver when parked. Damage was done to the rear suspension and wheelarch. I did not want the car repaired by a regular bodyshop and we were still attached to the car, so the third party insurers paid me and I arranged repairs. Trident billed £9, 500 plus I paid some additional amounts. Alignment was checked on a jig etc. The car became a CAT N

I supplied the discs and pads in addition.
In addition there are probably quite a number of small items I don't have receipts for.

Looking back over the list the front discs were replaced a while ago so probably a change rather than a skim is due. They are now not that expensive from Eurospares.

I would like to highlight the car was recorded as Cat N back in 2017.
