I purchased this lovely car in July 2020, having had the same model back in the 1990’s.
The previous private owner completed a complete, professional, nuts and bolts, bare metal restoration, keeping as close to original as possible.
Previously it was owned mainly by one family from new and has only covered a genuine 39, 956 dry miles from new.

Restoration included:
A top quality re-paint in original Inca yellow both inside and out, with all panels and mechanics removed;
All suspension and braking systems were replaced, or checked and powder coated to a very high standard;
Parts replaced include callipers, pipes, discs, road springs, shock absorbers and much more;
The engine and gearbox were stripped, parts checked/ replaced, a new clutch and full exhaust system were installed;
An unleaded head conversion was carried out at the same time;
The engine bay and engine was detailed and still looks amazing;
The interior was also restored to a high quality, whilst keeping originality - full sound deadening, carpet set, (including in the boot), and a new quality hood replacement.
This lovely example of a classic British sports car turns heads, raises smiles, and would grace any collection. This gorgeous car has done a very low mileage since its most recent purchase, but has been lovingly cared for and maintained, with regular servicing and MOTs, despite it being road tax exempt.
It has been completely reliable and drives beautifully.
Lots of paperwork and invoices to support its history; including the Heritage Certificate.
It comes complete with the original tonneu cover, roof cover, new soft storage cover, mini light design wheels (in situ) and a spare set of rostyle wheels.
It is with sadness that I am selling, but the car deserves to be used and enjoyed more than I am able; and I have created some amazing memories with it.
This lovely little car is still in the same excellent condition it was when purchased 4 years ago, and will give any new owner years of fun open top motoring.
