1968 Morris Minor Convertible. This is a genuine factory-built Convertible that has covered a genuine 55000 miles. Bought by the current owner in 2013 and named Nell, she was treated to a full strip-down restoration in 2014/ 15 which included a professional respray in her original Trafalgar Blue that still presents very well today together with all new brightwork and new hood. Full photographic evidence is available along with all the fully detailed invoices. She featured in a restoration article for the Classic car magazine in April 2016 written by Russ Smith (issue 513). Beautiful looking car she is completely solid throughout with the floor pans, spring hangers, boot, engine bay and chassis all in superb order. All body panels and interior trim are in great condition. Chrome bumpers, over-riders, hub caps remain in lovely condition with no pitting. Wheels are nice and tyres are great all round.
This car drives really well with nice gearbox and clutch. A good history file accompanies the car which includes testimonials / stories from her previous owners. She has an MOT with no advisories which can easily be renewed ahead of a sale if required.
