This fabulous Ferrari 330 GT was sold new in Germany by Auto Becker in Düsseldorf. In Germany the automobile was cherished by two enthusiast owners. In the late 1990s the bodywork was partially restored and given new paintwork. With the odometer reading about 70. 000 kilometres, the engine was overhauled by a German Ferrari specialist, a detailed invoice of the works is present.

In 2002, the Ferrari found a new owner in the Netherlands, and the car was entered in the 330 GT register. In 2015 the car was sold via a ClassicarGarage partner to the current owner with the odometer reading 76. 930 kilometres. From 2018 the Ferrari is being serviced and maintained by S2 Classic Cars. This magnificent Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 is in a very good and very original condition, and the car drives, sounds, and handles impressively! Now, the odometer reads 81. 394 kilometres since the engine overhaul in the late 1990s the car has driven less than 11. 400 kilometres. The last longer trip (1000 miles/ 1600 kilometres) was an unforgettable visit to the Goodwood Revival in September 2019.

The red ‘Rosso’ leather with red carpet interior is still fully original and in beautiful condition, showing only slight signs of previous use. The car shows all the original details, is fitted with Borrani wire wheels, Michelin XWS tyres, original electric rear window heating, a 5-speed manually operated gearbox and three twin-choke Weber carburettors. Additionally, a Brantz mechanical Retrotrip Tripmaster and an automatic (motorized) aerial are fitted. The car comes with a history file and service- and instruction manuals. This is a very good 2nd series Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 in wonderful condition. A rare car (only 455 built), a sound investment, a magnificent piece of Ferrari heritage, and a great driver car for the spirited Ferrari enthusiast/ collector!

The Ferrari 330GT 2+2 retained the 4-liter engine from the preceding Ferrari 330 America but was built with tighter and rounder lines and with its own chassis and bodywork. The name ‘330’ refers to the estimated displacement of each cylinder. The 12 cylinders were fed by three Weber carburetors. For the design of this bodywork, Ferrari collaborated again with Pininfarina. The Series 2 came with a single headlamp, 5-speed gearbox. Only 455 of these were produced.
