BMW 320i Baur (E30) 1986 – 66k miles – One of a kind
A very special and original E30, this TC2 Baur is truly unique, one of only six E30's in Delphin Grey with Sonnenland Sand roof combination, and of these six, the only six-cylinder and RHD car amongst them, globally, as verified by the Baur register making this a unique E30.
The low mileage is backed up by a full-service history and nearly every MOT included in the accompanying history file. The Baur was owned within the same family for 31 of it’s 37 years and has clearly been cherished throughout it’s life as the original paint, hood, interior and working radio/ radio aerial all testify. The cambelt and water pump were replaced in 2022. It drives beautifully and the 4-speed automatic transmission works exactly as it should.
I have the Baur’s original ‘bottletop’ E30 14” alloys, which will come with the car. As per the photos, I have added a set of fully refurbished 15” authentic BBS wheels and wheel centres to the Baur, which are included in the sale at the asking price.
The Baur was MOT’ed in September 2023 and will be sold on its original ‘C’ prefix registration plates (to be clear the current number plate is not included in the sale).
The car is viewable in Northamptonshire, around 15 minutes drive from either J14 or J15 of the M1.
As mentioned, this car is one of only six E30's made in the combination of Delphin Grey with Sonnenland Sand roof, and of these six, this car is the only six-cylinder and RHD car amongst them, globally, as verified by the Baur register making this a unique E30. The other five went out to mainland Europe and were 316 or 318 engines.
