The rebuilt MGB 1800 engine-by a specialist MG engineer-is linked to a rebuilt Ford 5 speed gearbox with new twin SU carbs and unleaded head conversion. A 123 electronic ignition and recent specialist tuners just transforms the driving experience.  Braking is improved by front callipers & discs supported by a servo with of course a new OEM master cylinder, new brake (& fuel) lines. Rear Spax shock absorbers upgrading the ride. On electrics we have a Powerlite high torque starter motor, alternator, new bespoke wiring looms, individual blade fuses LED lights , electric washers, electric radiator cooling fan.
For the cockpit the dashboard has original clocks and switches overhauled with discrete changes ( speedo just rebuilt and calibrated to new 5 speed gearbox)
A navy blue Wilton 100% wool carpet throughout the cabin and into the boot; aluminium door cards, internal trim including a multifunctional armrest . The MGB luxury seats fitted with inertia seat belts and removable head rests adds to the safety and comfort. Maintenance free composite floorboards and soundproofing underlay.
New 5J x 15 , 60 spoke chrome wheels , new chrome bumpers , new windscreen/ mint chrome framework and a new stainless steel luggage rack - not forgetting the stainless steel exhaust.
This outstanding car is fully equipped to drive on today’s roads with safety and comfort in mind but with the stunning looks of the classic MGA. With a bespoke colour scheme of Jaguar Dark Blue body with matching Mohair hood complimented by an interior of light grey Nappa leather makes this car something special.
