1988 Volkswagen Caravelle

For sale is my Subaru conversion T25 Autohomes Kamper. Timor Beige with a white pop top. Bought by us nearly 20 years ago and travelled around the UK and France.
Over this time I have done many modifications, most noticeably a RJES Subaru Legacy engine conversion. This was done by the workshop at Haynes Motor Museum.
It has also had a replacement pop top as the original leaked as the aluminium had pin holed with corrosion. I had full fibreglass copy made by a boat builder in Cornwall.
Other additions include wooden cabin floor, period alloy wheels, rear stereo, tow bar with Thule 4 bike rack fitted and much more.
Most recently a new radiator and front brake calliper.
Selling as now the children have grown up, it just doesn’t get used any more. Currently stored in a dry neighbouring barn and MOT-ed last autumn and then put back and I’ve not driven since.
It is not perfect body wise with the usual seam issues but very useable. Photos to follow as I need to collect from the barn and prep. But happy to take any call to discuss both condition and price as difficult to value being a modified vehicle.
