Volkswagen Scirocco Scala in Grey. 1. 8 petrol with 140k on the clock. It has been dry stored for a few year and is currently sorn.
I put it through an MOT and it requires:
Fuel cap/ sealing device ineffective,
2 front coil springs (which I have bought - Just need fitted),
Rear suspension mountings,
Rear valance needs welding,
Bottle filler neck needs replacing.
It has great body work for its age and will make someone a great little project! it wouldn't take much time for someone who knows what they are doing.
This car was bought as a project to help us get into the classic car world. I have always wanted to own one... Unfortunately I have neither the time or knowledge of how to repair it to get it back to its former glory. This car really is beautiful with a great stance on the road and is very original but given the lack of know how it will have to be rehomed with someone who can put the time and effort into it.
