With much regret, I have to sell my ‘89 MX-5.
I bought this car when I was 14 from my uncle who has owned it for many years.
The car runs and drives nice.
MOT till November 2024.
The car hasn’t been used much and now will need a few bits done. I don’t have the time to do it up unfortunately.
It will need a paint job, rust treatment on usual sills, and the brakes will need cleaning.
However, it runs and drives and can be used, it has a working soft top with no cuts, and has RWD which makes it fun!
The car has been looked after however it had a bump in 2017, making it a Cat C. It was fixed properly.
The car is a nice project to start with to make it whatever you want.
The mileage in kilometres is 171000, or miles 106000.

I bought this as my first car when I was 14 years old. The car has taught me a lot and got me into classic cars. The car is full of character and always turns heads. Previous to me owning it, my uncle owned it for many years. It has been looked after and lots of money has been spent on it. Unfortunately, it no longer gets used as much as I would like due to work commitments and now there is no where to keep it due to storage issues. I can’t believe I’m having to list this for sale as the car means a lot to me.
