Description
BMW E60 535d M-Sport, 2006 pre-lci.
* Automatic gear box
* 164000miles (will increase as I am still using it)
* MoT tested until 13/ 12/ 24 (passed last time with no advisoraries)

* Have fitted an Apple Car Play head unit (should do Android Auto as well) and still retains the original i-Drive functionality

* Air con is ice coldI have owned this since August 2022 and it has been a great car. I have kept on top of maintenance and looked after it well. I am only selling as it is not practical to use where I am living (really need a 4x4 and not a RWD BMW!). It drives great, very smooth power delivery and has never missed a beat. I was told it was standard with nothing added or removed (like DPF/ EGR) which is what attracted me to this specific one - I have never gone looking to check they are all still there though. I have never had any issues with emission related incidents, but then I do drive 140miles on the motorway most days so this should never have been an issue. Easliy one of the best cars I have driven and will be sad to see it go, but need something a little more suitable for where I live.
I have just taken my number plate off it (06/ 05/ 24) and waiting for the V5 to turn up which shouldn't be long. It is now back on the registration OE06BVK
The downsides:
* Front tyres do not match the rears - they have plenty of life left on them so didn't feel the need to swap them when I changed the rears. I wanted to get a set of winter wheels and tyres but never got around to it
* There is a slight steering wheel wobble when breaking at motorway speeds - doesn't pull left/ right and brakes in a nice straight line, only happens when slight breaking at 70mph. Investigating this is likely a ball joint on the way out. Again a job I never got around to do as I always wanted to refresh the whole suspension but never got around to it. It is a 18 year old car so these kind of things probably need doing soon anyway
* Some stone chips on the front and windscreen
* Rear left wheel has been curbed and will need a refurb

Car is located just outside of St Asaph in North Wales (LL17), like 5mins down a lane, but less than 10mins from the A55
