Selling as a project as just called a halt. Lost enthusiasm. Have two other projects finding more interesting and near completion.
Bought as semi together from a 10 year build by an F1 guy...... note the very special bespoke hand made exhaust system. Lot has been spent. Needs setting up and got running properly again. Have had it fired up after fitting new stator, CDI unit, and coils. Carbs were pretty poor running so got 4 more 33mm Mikuni to play with. Put two on , fired it up, now starter bogging down, (does have excellent compression as suspect motor had some decent input)..... that caused lot of swearing and chucking the tools. Fed up, so quitting.
Has DRZ400 front end. New EXCEL black rims with stainless spokes. New battery and oils. All brake fluids renewed. Remus carbon cans. New tyres. All re paint frame etc.
Have simplified the wiring and fitted nice bendy type indicators.
Will make a stunning super moto BIG when someone with more patience sorts the carbs out etc.
Can get it pro delivered no problem.
Selling at fraction of outlay, just want it gone from garage. No idea as to mileage as last MOT was 2010 and was 2300 miles! Is all up for MOT...... all that side sorted. Will add more pics and a video when it stops raining again.
