Grab yourself a marvellous piece of 20th Century Nostalgia. Great fun to ride. Same Engine as the Raleigh Wisp & Raleigh Runabout, who built those under licence from Motobecane France, but Mobys are so much more stylish

Frances best loved moped these used to be absolutely everywhere . This one was last on the road according to the DVLA and Tax Disc in 1992 . I have put it on an Historic Vehicle Tax Class . No Tax to Pay
I bought the bike from a dealer as a barn find been stood for 31 years. The lady owner had the bike from new in 1971 and parked it up in 92. I drained the old fuel, cleaned the Carburettor, New Spark Plug, Condenser, Coil, belt and Exhaust. Set the timing so it was correct and it started very easily. I ride this at least once a week locally to keep it happy, smiles per mile is superb
Easy to get parts for, they still sell brand new parts and tons of New Old Stock about. Nothing needed though this bike is ready to roll.
Chrome mudguards are good as is the handle bars, lights work Front and Rear. Some pitting on the chrome wheels but they cleaned up nice. Pictures speak for themselves.
Front light Lens has a crack at the top, in the pictures, this is a plastic lens and needs replacing to make it perfect.
No MOT is required on historic class but must be roadworthy.
London ULEZ and Congestion Charge Exempt. just whizz around the city like it is Paris in the 1970s. Cool as you like.
Even the key for the steering lock is there and works. Perfect
New back tyre and tube just fitted. I do ride this a few miles every week just to keep her happy.
