Japanese Import and was a Grade 4B (imported last year) which is incredibly high for a car of this age.
Absolutely immaculate throughout, it is in astonishing condition and having lived in Japan its entire life its completely rust free. Underneath is literally like a 12 month old car, just perfect.
I’ve lusted over a C36 for many years, and am reluctantly advertising it, I will not entertain any offers on the car as I’m confident this is quite likely the best condition C36 in the UK for sale.
It drives perfectly and without fault, and pulls very well indeed.
I’ve recently replaced the brake flexi hoses all round, and replaced the fuel filter and interconnecting fuel pipes (genuine Merc) . The Brakes are all in good order and the tyres were replaced when it was imported.

Whilst you can pick up a C36 sub 10k, what I’ve found is the condition and mileage and rust issues would just ruin the experience of owning one. I spent many years looking until I went for this example, its most certainly an appreciating asset and perfect for any collection.
Any questions ask, it’s garaged and hasn’t seen the rain since landing in the UK. I would imagine the Japanese owner garaged this as well based on the condition.
