MOT till 5/ 4/ 25
Restored a few years ago by previous owner
Being may 1986 this Escort is one Mk4s of the first off the production line meaning it has the 1. 6 mechanically injected CVH
Good points:
Both new front springs
All underside including engine and transmission rebuilt a few years ago and barely been driven since
Poly bushed all round
Original Ford service booklet with some history
90s spec Recaro leather seats in good condition as well as the original front and rear seats that came in the car from factory
Upgraded exhaust so makes slightly more noise than original- suits the car as it isn’t too loud
Loads of spare parts in boot and original seats
Bad points:
Two front wings are starting to bubble
Has two small cracks one on front wing and one on back bumper
Mileage on odometer is 27, 000 however I believe it to be 127, 000 however was restored completely so has no issues
Been sat under an all weather cover since last MOT, started and driven every week up and down road
As I was taking the hood down the other day a washer/ spacer broke , pictures at the end
