Loss of storage forces the sale of my lovely Rover 45 Club. 40000 miles and 12 months MOT. The car has always been garaged and is in great condition for its year with just a few age related scuffs. It's solid underneath but would benefit from a waxoyl treatment to help preserve it. It was last serviced in October 2023 at 39600 miles with oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, cam belt, water pump and auxiliary belts all replaced. In January 2024 at 39750 miles it had new diff seals fitted and a new inlet manifold gasket. It runs and drives really nicely. Next MOT due 21/ 06/ 2025, Gold, 2 owners
