Rover Cyclops 1950.
This is a rare opportunity to purchase a Rover Cyclops in fantastic condition.
The car has been in the family for 23 years and in that time has been maintained extremely well, e. g. gear box rebuild, new wire loom and many other things including paint as needed, it is in great condition. It is as good under the bonnet as it is everywhere else, the interior consist of beautiful red leather seating, armrests, and beautiful woollen carpets all in excellent condition with well working rectangular instruments. It starts on the button and could regularly be seen on the South Lincolnshire area circuit where it won many accolades, including show wins etc.
The car featured on the Rover P4 Guild stand at the NEC Classic Car Show on 3 occasions, the last time being in 2011 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Cyclops.
The car was originally purchased at the Earls Court Motor Show in 1949 with delivery in October 1950, with the extra chrome headlight surrounds that could only be purchased at the show and still embellish the car today.
