Here we have my 1998 Porsche Boxster 2. 5 in the desirable combination of silver with red interior. It has covered just under 52, 000 miles.
Valid MOT until October 24 but I would be willing to put a fresh one on it if the buyer was concerned.

It drives well and is in good condition for its age due to the low miles and caring owners.
First registered in the Isle of Man in 1998 and came to the Mainland in 2000. I am the 4th owner since then. The previous owner (my brother) had owned the car from 2012 until 2023 and the owner before him had owned it for 10 years.
My brother looked at a number of cars before buying this one as he found the majority of what was on offer tatty and this one was in far better condition and I think this is still the case today.
As it has the 2. 5 engine which is known for being the most reliable unit fitted to the 986 due to having a double row ims bearing, this gives a little more confidence.
If you are looking for an early Boxster in this colour combination come and have a look. I think the first genuine buyer to view will buy. A sound investment as they have passed the bottom of the value curve and are on the way up.
There are 2 keys present and the original book pack with various receipts and I believe every MOT it has ever had.

Various invoices from Porsche from the early years and receipts for parts purchased since my brother took ownership in approx. 2012.
I have 18 old MOT’s for the car. 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 (Jan), 2013 (Dec), 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023.
Apart from an after market cd head unit the car is all standard.
The plate will stay with the car. I have had the number plates made with the supplying dealer details on to replicate the original number plates.
