There is a comprehensive folder of receipts for all of the work and servicing done for the car. Last year (Feb 2023) I have had the full timing kit, belts, dephaser and water pump replaced by Renault Sport specialists, KTEC-Racing.
Bodywork
The Clio is in French Racing with factory specced Gordini racing stripes which remains in very good condition for the age. The car was professionally cleaned and undersealed in 2021. Overall this is an excellent looking car and a real head turner. The alloys do sport some minor kerning but are still very presentable.
Interior
Very good condition with it sporting an original retrimmed leather and alcantara steering wheel. Being an original Cup It features a base spec rear bench but has had regular 182 front sport seats fitted which are part leather and part alcantara. All switches and dials work as they should. It has also never been smoked in. Being a Cup it also has the benefit of slightly different plastic trim that isn’t coated in the scratchtastic stuff most 182 interiors have!
Mechanical
Starts first time and has been well looked after and maintained in its lifetime. In my ownership I have replaced front and rear brakes, put on 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 3’s and fitted a new RS192 Scorpion catback system. It really is an absolute joy to drive and one of the finest unmolested 182s you’ll come across.
Work this year has included new rear discs, bearings and pads, handbrake cables, brake fluid change and gearbox oil change.
Genuine reason for sale as I’m soon to be getting a business car. I've enjoyed the car the last 3 and a bit years and it's now time for someone else to enjoy her. However much I’d love to keep hold of the car and tuck it away in my garage to appreciate in value, it would be a real waste, as these cars are made to be driven!

This is a genuine 182 Cup, not to be confused with the regular ‘full-fat’ 182s that came with Cup packs. Only 371 Racing Blue Cups were ever made, making this rarer than the sought after Trophy’s.
