3 Owner Car. Owned since September 2008. Always garaged in my ownership and only ever used as 2/ 3rd car since. Not used during Winter months. Virtually a Full Honda Service History. Only service missing is 2020 COVID Year. Otherwise has been Serviced by Honda every year with receipts during my ownership and a Stamped Service Book before my Purchase. I have a folder of receipts to go with the car and every MOT certificate since 2008. Car is completely standard, right down to the Original Honda Twin Exhausts. Never been “improved” but just as Honda Intended. Car comes with Type r wallet, both keys and 2 Remote Fobs. Purchased as a second car and has only ever been used as. I am a Honda fan and will be Sad to see it go, it’s been a Family member for 16 years. The car is Milano Red with the Rare Red Interior. I feel the car is in lovely condition inside and out. I looked at quite a few before buying this one and although there’s little things that have niggled me over the years, I think as it’s got older they have become less important. It has a couple of windscreen chips which get mentioned each MOT and a very slight mark on the near side Front Bumper but that’s about it. Interior has minimal bolster wear on the drivers seat. The whole interior is very very good. Air Con is excellent and no warning lights on. Headlining is just starting to sag unfortunately and all 4 Tyres were advisories on last MOT mainly due to cracking through not being used. It is still Very Red and feel if you are serious about an Accord Type R it’s well worth a viewing!!!.
