This is my wife’s XBR 500 – now up for sale due to lack of use in the last few years. Bought 11 years ago it’s been totally reliable, but has been unused for over 5 years now. It’s always been garaged since we had it. Comes with some receipts, old MOTs and the original handbook and service book Great bike with enough power to keep up with today’s traffic. Everything that should work - does work. Just flew through the MOT with no trouble. It’s not a showpiece and there are signs of wear commensurate with a bike of this age. New battery just fitted – starts easily on the button. Mileage shows 38500 – but cannot guarantee it. The 2 into 1 exhaust is a high quality “Micron” unit – not too loud- but bike has a very healthy bark. Ready to ride away at only £995. Bike was bought as it has a low seat height and very good torque making it a doddle to ride - plus Honda's legendary reliability!
