Up for consideration is a 1980 Genuine TR8 Project Car. Car is complete. I am listing this car for a client of mine. Not Running Currently. This car originated from Texas so it is completely rust free. All original sheetmetal and glass. Engine Turns Freely ( I can provide a video showing this). Car has been in dry storage since 1987. May 20th 1980 Build Date. Comes with BMH certificate. Car originally came into Jacksonville FL port. Car is all stock with originial Stromberg Carb set up and Airboxes. Have the rare Battery Hold down bracket. A/ C Car from factory. Comes with many new parts including New Seat Covers which are currently on vehicle, Door panels, New knee pads, Kick Panels, Console Lid and Shifter Boot all in Golden Tan. . New Suspension and some new Brake Components, and some new Exhaust components. New Seals, Hoses, etc. Also comes with a used convertible top. All Emissions equipment is present. Can provide Original wheels as well. Car can also come with a nice Snugtop Hard top for an extra cost which can be discussed.
This TR8 is one of the few that remain unmolested and bone stock. With only 3 owners from new, this car has not been messed with. Original paint shows no signs of any accidents. Car is nice and straight and would be an excellent project car.

JeffTriumph TR8s are very fun cars to drive. The iconic all Aluminum Rover V8 is powerful and puts out a beautiful burble sound. They have very comfortable interiors and excellent modern day HVAC systems. They drive very nicely and the design still looks very modern today. The TR8 is extremely reliable and most parts are obtainable and inexpensive.
