Lovely oily rag and very original condition, but paint work probably from 1950s or 60s. Only 3 examples of this type of body known to the Jowett Club. Drives nicely and has proved very reliable. Has been fitted with later type Bradford distributor to make Lucas ignition bits usable (and more easily available), but original also available. I have owned the Jowett for 10 years, and used it for local jaunts and rallies here in Snowdonia. I have recently bought a Bradford Utility, which is similar to drive, but faster and blessed with a roof, and need my winter garage space for this.
Also available is an identical 1927 running and rolling chassis with instruments, lamps, wings, good tyres, sound fuel tank, excellent radiator, hood frame, and various original panels and wood parts for Short 4 chummy body. To make a second Chummy or Special.
