Absolutely immaculate and in superb mechanical order.
This has the lightweight welded frame (new for 1959 model year) with much improved ground clearance and the lightweight forks and hubs. It has the correct trials gearing, alloy tank, and the all-alloy engine with competition magneto.
All fully restored and rebuilt to an exceptionally high standard.
Engine recently rebuilt and properly set up. It runs like a watch and pulls from ultra-low revs with smoothness and mechanical quietness. It's even oil tight. Well, almost!
New Amal carb.
Competition Lucas 'wader' magneto.
Forks rebuilt with new chrome plated stanchions. Rear shocks replaced with Falcon trials units with soft springs.
Lycett sprung saddle.
Wheels rebuilt with new stainless rims and spokes. New Pirelli Trials tyres.
Many thousands spent on restoration.
Just 200 careful miles covered since rebuild. It's too good to throw at the rocks and scenery!
