1941 Ariel W/ NG. Registered in the UK in my name as a historic vehicle. Genuine W/ NG XG frame and BH engine numbers. Overhauled by the previous owner as a lockdown project with receipts to prove. Fitted with a Concentric carb and external oil filter. Copy riders handbook, workshop manual and parts list. I also have a spare bottom end included in the sale.
No dynamo and no lighting kit fitted, although I do have a genuine headlamp shell. Purchased by me last year to create a girder forked rigid trials bike, but another project has taken priority.
These girder forked bikes have a certain charm and the W/ NG is particularly sought after as a WW2 era classic.
This W/ NG is not original but has been arguably improved as a riders bike with some sensible modifications. It would be a great bike to use as is or to be a project to restore to original over a number of years.
She is taking up valuable garage space so needs to go….. I’m open to offers.
