In 2019 I bought the 1967 mustang fastback as a running project vehicle from a collector in England who imports classic Mustangs from USA.
The engine was running though I would suspect it could do with a rebuild as does the automatic gearbox. I had the car running and driving around my yard prior to stripping the car down in preparation for bodywork.
The bodywork was sand blasted and primed so as to reveal all aspects of repair work needing done. This is as far as ive got with the project.
In terms of the condition of the shell, it requires extensive metalwork - floor, firewall, sills, doors, etc. I do have a new floor pan for the car.
Along with the car I have a complete full high quality Eleanor bodykit which I had obtained from USA around the same time at a cost of circa £7k
I have all of the parts for this car in boxes and in storage which will be included in the sale.
My reason for selling my dream project is that for the forseeable future I will not have the time to invest in this as I once had prior to having a family.
