Ford Mustang Fastback 1965 “A” Code
Built 4th Sept 1964in Dearborn Michigan and delivered to Atlanta Georgia.
Imported by “Pedal to the Metal” in Holland in 2018 and bought by me from them in February 2020 with a genuine 30, 412 miles.
The 289cu in V8 engine has an improved camshaft and carburetor giving around 270bhp. with an automatic gearbox, and front discs.
This magnificent example is in Rangoon Red with immaculate matching red interior.
Restoration photographs show that the whole of the underside was dismantled, and cleaned to bare metal, no welding was required, and the entire underside was overhauled or renewed and treated with a modern protective coating.
New modern power steering has been installed in my ownership. The car has all of the factory tags and numbers matching.
This car still caries it’s next service sticker in the U. S. for 32, 700 miles.
The present reading is 33, 618 miles.
Right hand drive LED Headlights have also been installed.
