The Porsche 993 is the last of the air‑cooled 911 generations. The Targa version was produced in a mere 4, 249 units. Designed by the Englishman Tony Hatter, the launch version was a rear‑wheel‑drive coupé or cabriolet; the range was further expanded in 1996 with the introduction of the Targa bodystyle (as in the car on offer). A new alloy multi‑link rear suspension system represented one of the major changes the 993 inherited over its predecessor.
