My beautiful SL400 in limited 'Edition' spec., finished in stunning iridium silver, with full black leather, and 'grain aluminium' trim.
Cherished vehicle, with extremely low usage over the years, maintaining incredibly low mileage. Possibly one of the lowest mileage examples in the country.
Being a facelift model, the folding Panoramic vario-roof can be opened/ closed on the move, through the addition of the automatic luggage compartment cover fitted as part of the facelift. This whole process takes less than 20 seconds, at speed of up to 25 mph. The facelift cars also include the significantly better 9-speed '9G-TRONIC' transmission, as opposed to the earlier 7-speed unit.
As one of the earlier facelift models it also benefits from the cheaper road tax than later SL400's from 1st July 2018 onwards.
The 'Edition' spec. was made in limited run of 130 cars, building on the already gorgeous AMG Line, but adding even more tech and comfort options, including keyless entry, remote boot opening with foot gesture control, AIRSCARF, analogue clock, centre cup holders, different instrument cluster design, electrically operated wind deflector, reversing camera, adaptive suspension dampening, and the Driving Assistance package.
The Driving Assistant includes Active Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, BAS PLUS, Distance Pilot DISTRONIC, and PRE-SAFE Brake.
Additionally, this car has the upgraded 20" AMG multispoke alloys, in great condition, really setting the car off.
Finance-free, and excellent condition throughout, as expected with this mileage. Good tyres all round. New front discs and pads, radar sensor, auxiliary battery, all within the past 4 months. Brand new service, and MOT until March 2026.
. Five services in total - initial two at Mercedes, followed by two non-Mercedes, and recent brand new service and Vehicle Health Check carried by Mercedes on 28th March. MOT also carried out by Mercedes at the same time - no advisories on MOT, and health check passed with flying colours.
