My 1977 Land Rover Series III 88''.
2. 25 Petrol and my daily driver, I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere.
Rare colour and very low ownership (7).
- New clutch less than 1, 000 miles ago
- New seats and wooden steering wheel (original wheel comes with it)
- X5 Virtually brand new Nankang tyres
- Oils all changed less than 1, 000 miles ago
It has great patina and age related wear to the body - I think it should remain untouched and was the main reason I bought it.
The chassis is super solid and is undersealed with Dinitrol. The bulkhead is also solid, it does need some localised repairs to the inner footwells.
Heater doesn't work, but it coms with a replacement ready to fit.
I don't want to sell, but needs must. A petrol Series III in the best colour combination, what's not to love?
