Hi. I bought this smart mercedes coupe for my Wife's retirement present 17 years ago, we have both loved the car and mainly local trips as a second car but a couple of continental tours, a comfortable smooth driving car with the rare 5 speed manual gearbox. 3 years ago due to the car being so low and the doors too long and heavy for her I bought her a Honda CRV hybrid SUV which suits her perfectly.
Due to the emotional feeling for the Mercedes she couldn't bear to part with it so it was put in our garage on sorn and regularly started and driven up and down our long drive, now reluctantly put up for sale. It's still on sorn, has got an electric sunroof that works when it feels like it, in clean tidy condition , good undamaged grey leather interior with a two inch stitching coming undone on the drivers seat arm. original radio, factory white which i have never seen on another similar car, good tyres, unmarked wheels, original first aid kit and spare bulb set, virtually unused spare and a detachable tow bar ( for my motorbike trailer). partial early service history with any work required done by my old school mechanic, a well looked after cherished car. Nice paintwork with the odd blemish and a few very small stone chips. On the button first time every time, smooth as silk gearchange. Priced for a quick sale £1500 ono.. thanks for reading.
