Description
Despite the strange paintwork this is a very clean and original example of the wonderful Polo Ranger. The original colour is gunmetal grey but a previous owner decided to release their artistic side, the look does not bother me as it's so much fun to drive and surprisingly spacious and practical for a small car. I bought a new radiator to fit as the old one is showing it's age and there are a few other spares that will be included in the sale. Recent work done includes, carburettor clean and tune, Engine clean and rocker cover replaced and a new track rod end for the MOT.
By no means concourse but great for her age and a very useable classic. I looked for one of these on and off for ten years, most of them have been ruined or rat rodded (same thing really). The concourse ones if they come up, are silly money in my opinion but they are becoming rare, especially in the Ranger spec. If I keep it, I may at some point get the paintwork attended to but it does get a lot of positive attention as is.
